Rosenblatt to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer. The appointment follows Mr. Rosenblatt’s retirement from ExxonMobil Corporation (NYSE:XOM).

Prior to joining M.A.GALES&CO.,INC., Mr. Rosenblatt spent more than 29 years with ExxonMobil Corporation and one of its predecessor companies, Mobil Oil Corporation. With three decades of hands-on management experience in highly significant segments of the global energy industry, Mr. Rosenblatt is known for multi-disciplinary expertise in new business development, general management, project management and product/services procurement. His career includes tenures in various ExxonMobil divisions with highly substantial profit and loss responsibility for multi-billion dollar businesses, including natural gas, power and LNG, international crude oil and products operations, business and project development, and corporate planning.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Rosenblatt worked for Fluor Corporation and Comarco International, a small defense contractor. He earned a B.S. degree with honors in Civil Engineering from Princeton University in 1975, and an M.S. degree with highest honors in Management Science from the University of Southern California in 1979. Mr. Rosenblatt will be headquartered in Houston as well as New York.
